Venue Managers – Metro & Regional WA
Full-Time | Salary: Negotiable
Locations: Fremantle WA 6160, Boddington WA 6390, Margaret River WA 6285
We are seeking experienced Venue Managers to join our multi-venue hospitality group across both metropolitan and regional Western Australia. We are looking for leaders who know how to run a venue well, build strong teams, and keep standards high.
This role suits someone who brings at least 5 years of management experience in hospitality.
You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of a hotel venue, covering food and beverage, accommodation, events, and entertainment. Strong people skills, confidence under pressure, and a steady hand with compliance and financial performance are essential.
You will help shape the culture of the venue, guide staff development, and deliver consistently high levels of customer service. The roster includes days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, so flexibility is important.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support FOH teams during service
• Maintain high customer service and presentation standards
• Oversee daily venue operations across all departments
• Assist with staff training, rostering, and development
• Manage stock control, ordering, and compliance obligations
• Handle cash procedures, reporting, and opening/closing duties
• Use RMS and Little Hotelier accommodation booking systems
• Coordinate and manage events
• Work closely with senior management to achieve venue targets
• Monitor P&L, financial performance, and operational KPIs
• Minimum of five years' hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership skills and a steady operational approach
• Strong communication and community-building ability
• Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
