Venue Manager – Fat Boyz Small Bar (West Perth)

We're on the hunt for a hands-on, switched-on Venue Manager to take the reins of day-to-day operations at Fat Boyz. This isn't just a job—it's a chance to shape culture, drive performance, and keep the good vibes flowing.

What you'll own:


• Full responsibility for daily venue operations—you're the go-to, the glue, the boss.


• Rostering that's smart and fair, balancing team needs and business goals.


• Ordering and stock control that keeps the bar humming and waste low.


• Hitting KPIs across revenue, costs, and customer experience.


• Staff training and development—building a team that's sharp, confident, and proud.

What we offer:


• Mostly Monday to Friday roster, with just a couple of later finishes each week.


• Salary range: $80K–$85K per year, depending on experience. And if you think you bring extra value or have more experience, let's chat—we're open to negotiating the perfect fit.


• We'll be closed just before Christmas up until the second week of January, so keep in mind there's a built-in break during that period.
