What will you do?

  • Be a hands-on leader and mentor your venue teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Cultivate a fun-first culture.
  • Take ownership of your venues performance, maintaining the right balance between financial success and operational excellence.
  • Manage labour costs and COG's to maximise your venues profitability.
  • Be a loud and proud brand ambassador, ensuring our venues look their very best and our guests keep coming back for another slice of the action

What will you bring?

  • Infectious enthusiasm and positivity
  • Proven experience in hospitality leadership
  • An understanding of a venues financials
  • Valid RSA and Approved Managers card
  • Previous experience in an arcade or bowling sphere is a big plus
