We're hiring a passionate Venue Manager to lead our Forrest Chase venue.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver amazing Yo-Chi experiences every shift
  • Oversee daily operations including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance
  • Maintain high standards in product quality, food safety, and venue presentation
  • Train, coach, and grow your team to reach their full potential
  • Drive sales, manage costs, and deliver strong financial performance
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and community-focused culture

What we're looking for:

  • Proven leadership experience in food, retail, or hospitality (QSR experience is a plus)
  • Have proven success managing labour, COGS, stock and KPIs
  • Full availability across Monday to Sunday with flexibility for rotating shifts
  • A "people first" leader who thrives on building teams and creating great vibes
  • Resilient, adaptable, and always up for a challenge
