About the role

ISOFT Software Technologies Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to join their dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. As the IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of large-scale, complex IT projects that are crucial to the company's strategic objectives. This is a full-time role and will provide you with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and innovation of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
  2. Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success
  3. Identifying and mitigating risks, issues and dependencies to ensure project objectives are achieved
  4. Providing regular progress updates and reports to senior management
  5. Implementing and continually improving project management processes and best practices
  6. Mentoring and supporting junior members of the project management team

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (8+ years) as an IT Program Manager or Senior Project Manager, preferably in the software or technology industry
  2. Demonstrable success in leading the delivery of large, complex IT programs and projects
  3. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets and schedules
  4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  5. Proficient in the use of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum and Prince2
  6. Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Project Management or a related discipline
