Pro AV Solutions is Australia's leading workplace technology integration organisation with branches in NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, SA and WA. We design, integrate, support and maintain high quality Audio Visual and Unified Communication systems and solutions into corporate, government, education and defence sectors.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to join our National team. This role is ideal for a strong leader with proven program management expertise who can oversee multiple regional AV projects under a unified national strategy. As the single point of contact for our national clients, you will drive program governance, ensure consistency across regions, and deliver seamless outcomes that align with both client and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own national AV rollout programs, ensuring clarity of scope, objectives, deliverables, and benefits.
  • Provide governance, structure, and integration across multiple regional projects running concurrently.
  • Act as the primary trusted advisor and single point of accountability for national clients.
  • Align project execution across regions with broader business and customer strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to standardise tools, processes, and reporting across all regions.
  • Manage program-level risks, budgets, interdependencies, and change requests across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop and deliver program-level communication plans, stakeholder updates, and governance reporting.
  • Facilitate program closure processes, including lessons learned, transition to operations, and continuous improvement.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Program Management or Senior Project Management, ideally across national or multi-region projects.
  • PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification required; AVIXA CTS, CTS-D/I preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar program budgets.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at executive and stakeholder levels.
  • Familiar with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Collaborative leadership style with high accountability, integrity, and customer-first orientation.
