  • Plan, initiate, and manage IT Project from conception to completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, manage changes, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
