 - You will lead, motivate and develop a team of Workforce Schedulers and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across clinical, operational, and corporate functions

- Develop and implement strategic rostering frameworks aligned with Home Care goals
 - Champion rights-based rostering practices under the New Aged Care Act
 - Optimise workforce utilisation through data analysis and system enhancements
 - Ensure rostering supports client preferences, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency
 - Lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver stakeholder training on rostering systems and governance
 - Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the scheduling team
 - Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
 
- Proven experience in rostering system implementation and optimisation (in aged care or health services is an advantage)
 - Strong understanding of aged care standards, compliance, and reform
 - Demonstrated leadership in team performance, coaching, and change management
 - Demonstrated experience in process optimisation
 - Advanced proficiency in rostering systems and data analysis
 - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills
 - Knowledge of EBAs, penalty rates, and scheduling in human services environments
 - Experience in workforce planning and aged care reform desirable
