About the Role

As a Barista, you will bring a genuine passion for coffee and great service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner and follow all Food Safety guidelines.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to cafe standards.
  • Greeting and interacting with customers in a warm and professional manner.
  • Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately.
  • Restocking supplies and ensuring front of house is always well presented.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the cafe.
  • Handling both cash and card payments efficiently.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a Barista is essential.
  • Experience in food handling would be ideal.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
