Part-Time Sales and Customer Service Role – School Hours

We are currently seeking enthusiastic team members to join our Narellan store in a part-time sales and customer service role. No extensive experience? No problem. A positive attitude and a desire to support customers are what matter most.

We stock a diverse range of top brands including Honda, Victa, Stihl, Toro, Cub Cadet, and Greenworks. Our success is built on offering our customers the best after-sales service and genuine spare parts for all their needs.

The Opportunity

This part-time role offers a flexible weekday schedule, ideally suited to school hours (9:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday), with occasional Saturdays. You will be involved in showroom and counter sales, customer service, and general store operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service in person, over the phone, via email, and through our website
  • Responding to enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Keeping up to date with our product range, promotions, and website offers
  • Maintaining and updating the customer database

About You

You don't need to be an expert in garden equipment—but if you are friendly, helpful, and enjoy working in a team environment, you could be a great fit

Preferred skills and qualities:

  • Some experience in retail or sales (helpful but not essential)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive approach
  • An interest in outdoor power equipment is a plus
