Hastings Deering is looking for a passionate Product Specialist (Parts Marketing) to join our high-performing team at our Archerfield Head Office.

In this permanent role, you'll take the lead in shaping product strategy, driving growth, and delivering solutions that make a real difference for our customers.

What you'll do:

  • Lead product strategy across your parts group(s) to ensure market relevance and competitive positioning.
  • Unlock growth by identifying opportunities to optimise inventory, boost revenue streams, and improve margins.
  • Support and guide customers and internal teams with expert product knowledge and tailored solutions.
  • Champion smarter ways of working by recommending innovative solutions that reduce costs and enhance productivity.
  • Drive results through proactive recommendations that support RI and CI revenue targets.
