The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy eCommerce & Digital Marketing Assistant to help grow our online presence. This hands-on role is perfect for someone keen to gain practical experience in digital marketing, eCommerce management, and content creation. The role may be project-based with potential for part-time hours (3 days per week), making it ideal for a university student or someone looking to build experience in this space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings on Shopify, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information.
  • Take high-quality photos of products for online listings.
  • Work with spreadsheets to track, clean, and organise product data.
  • Collaborate with the Product Specialist to prepare and upload products onto the website.
  • Assist with setting up and optimising chatbot features to improve customer experience.
  • Create engaging digital assets in Canva to support online campaigns.
  • Support advertising and marketing initiatives, including social media content and digital campaigns.
  • Update and maintain website content to ensure it is current and visually appealing.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and organising large datasets.
  • ERP system experience is favoured.
  • Experience working with AI or automation tools to streamline workflows.
  • Photography skills, with an eye for product presentation.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other digital design tools.
  • Interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, and customer experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
