Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to fill an exciting position with a supportive administration team that does most of the admin & heavy lifting for you, leaving you to drive sales.

We require a driven operator who can deliver consistent personal and departmental results and customer service that is second to none. The right applicant will feel at home amongst a tight-knit, motivated and progressive team of winners, representing Australia's most dynamic prestige dealer group with the best inventory offering and most sought after vehicles - all year round

You will be an experienced professional who loves cars, has good basic mechanical knowledge, good computer skills & knows how to put a deal together with a natural flair for sales, customer service, and relationships.

You will lead by example, manage your clients, recruit, mentor & manage your sales team while being responsible for the department as a whole.  This dynamic leadership position will be across all opportunities and responsible for the department's results, creating continued success for the future.

Qualifications

The successful applicant must have:

  • Significant pre-owned vehicle sales management experience & proven history of success

  • Full open driver's licence.

  • Exceptional, mature and positive mindset, with a "can do" attitude.

  • A willingness to succeed as a key figure of the management team working closely with the support of the general management team.

  • The ability and willingness to follow a well-constructed blueprint for success (including the Road To A Sale), while motivating and supporting your sales team.

  • Lead by example at all times.

  • Exceptional presentation, keen eye for detail, a good understanding of the importance of world-class facility, including inventory merchandising, maintenance & presentation.

  • The ability to multitask and thrive under pressure

  • The ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a close-knit team while utilising the latest technology.
