As the **National Rental Asset Controller** based in Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide or Perth at **Hemmant** (or one of our other branches) you will administer the full life cycle of our diverse range of rental fleet.

**Your new role will see you**:

- Administer asset movement / maximise profit on opportunities and ensure highest utilisation is achieved all with commercial viability in mind
- Make commercially accurate decisions on asset divestment and fleet retention by Region
- Drive asset divestment to ensure maximised profitability of underutilised Rental assets remain commercially viable to the business
- Administrator of the database of key asset documentation including all tech documents, certifications and service history and maintained in one centralised location
- Manage the process of asset in-fleeting and disposal.
- Support the viability of repairs nationally from a cost vs replacement perspective.
- Assist in creation of, monitor and hold responsibility for the National fleet and asset register and its accuracy

**About you**:

- Strong customer service/sales support/business analyst capacity
- Excellent attention to detail and superior administration skill
- Strategic problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a rental or pump/engineering or other aligned environment (highly regarded)
