The role:

You'll support individuals with disabilities to live independently, reach their goals, and enjoy life to the fullest.

We're currently seeking staff available for:

  • Weekend shifts
  • Sleepovers
  • Day support work

Every day brings something new — whether it's helping someone learn a new skill, getting out in the community, or simply sharing a great conversation.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in disability support is preferred — but if you bring the right attitude, we'll support you to learn
  • A genuine passion for helping others
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability, empathy, and a great sense of humour
