About the role
We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate disability support worker to provide care and assistance to a 20 year old male with a traumatic brain injury, this care will help him live independently at home with his family. Mileage incentive will be considered if living out of immediate area.

Duties include but not limited too
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Peg feeding
- Assistance with Allied health tasks
- Manual handling
- Domestic assistance
- Documentation and reporting
- Community access- need to drive modified vechicle
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
Shift times attended with 2 workers
- Monday to Friday 9.30am-4.30pm
- Sunday 4pm-6pm
Requirements:
- Applicants must have good English speaking skills, be clear and easily understood
- care experience not required
- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current driver's licence and your own car (mandatory)
- NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
- First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
- Paid WWCC (Working with Children's check) or willing to obtain
- Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
