Key Responsibilities:
Tender Support & Coordination
- Assist in managing and coordinating utility-scale tender submissions from pre-tender to post-tender stages.
- Work closely with the Bid Manager to ensure timely and high-quality submission of proposals.
- Support internal coordination across engineering, commercial, legal, and project teams to compile tender documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, including formatting, structure, and content alignment with bid strategies.
- Maintain document control, ensuring all versions of submissions, responses, and clarifications are properly tracked.
- Assist in preparing clarification responses and bid revisions as required.
- Monitor and track submission timelines, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Business Development & Documentation Support
- Assist in the preparation of business development presentations, reports, and supporting materials.
- Develop and maintain case studies, reference projects, and marketing collateral for business development activities.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business growth strategies.
- Support Sungrow's engagement with major developers, EPCs, and key industry stakeholders by maintaining up-to-date reference materials.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical) preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Australian renewable energy market, preferably preparing tenders for major equipment suppliers in large-scale projects (BESS, Solar, Hybrid projects).
- Familiarity with procurement and bidding processes in utility-scale renewable energy projects.
- Experience with commercial and technical documentation for tenders and proposals.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent document control and coordination capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing professional proposals and reports.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret tender requirements and support technical and commercial bid content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with tender management software is a plus.
- Mandarin language skills are highly regarded but not required.
