Are you a senior legal support professional ready to step outside the traditional path and take on a newly created, project-focused role? This rapidly growing mid-tier national law firm is looking for a driven and organised Project Officer to join their expanding team.

This is a unique opportunity to work across the entire firm nationally, engaging with everyone from paralegals to senior leaders, while managing and supporting projects that are shaping the future of the business.

The Role

In this busy and diverse position, you'll be trusted with:

  • Coordinating and managing firmwide projects, including tenders, proposals, pitches, and submissions;
  • Driving client engagement activities such as seminars, sponsorships, and firmwide events;
  • Supporting website upgrades, branded materials, and client-facing content;
  • Managing databases and reporting insights that support BD initiatives;
  • Coordinating with vendors and overseeing office-related projects, including procurement; and
  • Assisting with the roll out of new tools and systems.

About You

We're looking for someone who can take ownership and run projects autonomously. You may have been a senior Legal Assistant within a law firm and are now ready to broaden your remit and step into a role with national visibility and scope.

You will bring:

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Experience preparing and coordinating tenders, pitches, and proposals;
  • Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail;
  • Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders and external partners;
  • A proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn; and
  • Strong technical skills.
