Ram Care is family-owned Aged Care and Disability Service, caring for you and your family.

We provide services from NDIS and HCP.

We are seeking a committed and diligent accounts assistant on permanant partime basis 3 days aweek. A standard of professionalism, organisation skills and great attention to detail is very essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Process prepayments and journal entries
  • Update various excel registers
  • Examining statements and invoices that come through to the organisation on daily basis.
  • Examining expenses submitted by employees
  • Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from account payable
  • Creating company financial reports with the above information included
  • Work closely with Account Manager and assist with General accounts administrative duties as required by senior staff

Desirable and requirements

  • Assertive written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised and proactive
  • Strong administrative mindset
  • A head for figures and numbers
  • Qualifications: Certificate 3 in accounts, accounts clerical, finance or bookkeeping or be a student working towards an accounting qualification
  • Willingness to learn more and ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to be multi-tasked, work independently and be self- motivated
  • Mandatory to have National Police Check
