Your Role

As a Sports Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our programs, attracting new participants, and driving engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supporting business growth and development by preparing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth and new services.
  • Advising on key marketing elements such as product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, and distribution channels.
  • Managing Public Relations efforts to strengthen our relationships with international supplier, i.e Swedish floorball equipment businesses.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Analysing data to develop effective marketing strategies and plans.
  • Creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and agencies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Managing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and analytics.

Who You Are

  • A sporty individual, preferably with experience in floorball, to fully understand the game and our audience.
  • A creative marketer with strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and promotional strategies.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to engage different audiences.

Additionally, we wish you to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications, sports management or related fields.
  • 1+ years experience working in similar role.
  • Having knowledge of Swedish culture and/or language would be a valuable asset but not essential.
