**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is an exciting opportunity for an SEO Specialist, as you will focus on optimising search engine discovery and rankings. This role also involves the technical aspects of creating, maintaining, and deploying SEO for websites. As a proficient front-end developer with expertise in troubleshooting SEO issues, assisting with content strategy and performing preventative maintenance on web pages.
- Perform regular tests on website SEO rankings
- Troubleshoot technical SEO issues for the website
- Identify the search software algorithm trends and insights, implementing system specifications to improve site performance and program needs
- Provide feedback to the digital marketing team about SEO
- Research and develop the latest SEO guidelines, implementing them
- Develop and recommend strategies to foster successful website enhancements for conversion, rankings, and usability
- Plan website SEO contingencies for problems that may arise
- Collaborate with team members on SEO standards and changes
- Provide technical support to stakeholders in the web design process
- Analyse, maintain and improve the tools and systems in place

**ABOUT YOU**
**Ideal Skills**

**Have**:

- +1 Year demonstrated experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field (desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail, work ethics, and a high level of accuracy
- Experience developing websites and analysing site performance
- Strong analytical skills and sound technical abilities, including experience using SEO tools
- Proficiency with WordPress and Google tools such as Search Console
- Positive, can-do attitude
- High level of curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong level of honesty, resilience, commitment, and responsibility

- Be highly organised and diligent yet able to problem-solve
- Take direction and enjoy being a part of a team
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal oversight
