Our Sports Marketing (SPMK) team is on a mission to find a highly organised, collaborative, admin-loving Sports Marketing Coordinator. This role will work closely with the wider Sports Marketing team to support, coordinate and plan activity for all ASICS sponsored events and athletes.

**So, what goes into making that happen?**
- Assist the Sports Marketing Manager and SPMK team with SPMK administration including sponsored athlete account set-up, SPMK monthly reporting, respond to sponsorship requests, voucher redemptions, customer enquiries and other administration tasks as required
- Assist the SPMK Executive (Events), with planning and delivering sponsored event activations leading into and during events
- Manage the Goanna Academy partnership (Sponsorship activation, contractual benefits, reporting, product orders)
- Manage Indigenous Marathon Project partnership (Sponsorship activation, contractual benefits, reporting, product orders)
- Manage the Hockey Australia partnership (Sponsorship activation, contractual benefits, reporting, product orders)
- Negotiate and activate Individual Hockey and Triathlete contracts
- Manage SPMK athlete product seeding that includes aligning on the annual influencer seeding calendar with Digital marketing Executives (P.Run and SPS), identifying sponsored athletes to align with product launches, placing orders, writing seeding cards, ordering seeding boxes and tracking content delivered alongside Social Media Executive.
- Seasonal review of Ecommerce product descriptions

- Tertiary Marketing qualifications in addition to 2+ years’ marketing experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to develop strong mutually trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You’ll be an energetic and flexible individual who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with proven capacity to work well under pressure
- Hands on approach to work with the ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional communication skills - this role collaborates with a large number of stakeholders
- Ability to attend ‘out of hours’ events where required
