About The Role
We're seeking a Maintenance Lead to manage maintenance activities on Lytton Refinery in Queensland.

This is a senior, full-time role responsible for a multi-disciplinary team of Supervisors, overseeing safe and efficient maintenance execution.

Strong SAP knowledge, a background in industrial services, civil or PIF, and proven leadership are essential. This role has become available due to an internal promotion and offers great visibility within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing maintenance team
  • Safely execute preventative and predictive maintenance activities
  • Role model safety leadership and passion for quality
  • Monitor and drive efficient execution and schedule attainment
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Oversee asset management systems and maintain accurate records in SAP
  • Coordinate with internal teams and the client to prioritise and deliver work
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices
  • Monitor KPIs and manage maintenance budgets effectively

What We're Looking For

  • Trade qualification or Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Background in oil & gas desired
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and maintenance systems
  • Experience with high- and low-pressure pumps, HPW jetting, vacuum trucks, bundle pulling (desirable)
  • Proven team leadership and workforce management experience
  • Strong understanding of HSE, quality systems, and asset integrity
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills
