Looking for a candidate having (EUC) end User Computing experience. Location is in Brisbane and candidate may need to travel to Byron bay and nearby remote location occasionally.

Job Duties:

Provide Level 2 onsite and remote technical support for end-user devices, applications, and infrastructure across your client's production, Supply Chain, and corporate office environments.

Act as the escalation point for site-specific incidents from your client's Service Desk and Command Centre, resolving issues to restore productivity quickly and effectively.

Deliver hands-on technical support at key client sites, including hardware troubleshooting, AV and Hybrid meeting room technology support, network troubleshooting, and device deployments.

Perform tasks requiring a local presence ("hands and feet") as directed by support teams, including device replacements, server reboots, and physical troubleshooting and checks.

Support the delivery of the IT Concierge service, ensuring new starters receive a positive onboarding experience, including device setup, account creation, license provisioning, user education, and smooth transitions during employee onboarding and offboarding processes..

Support the delivery of IT and OT technology projects, including device refreshes, site relocations, digital signage, meeting room AV upgrades, under the direction of project or senior team members.

Preferred Knowledge

Technical Proficiency

  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Windows 10/11, Active Directory
  • Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and cabling/cable management.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) and ITIL-based processes
  • Support and troubleshooting of AV and hybrid meeting room systems
