Together we form a highly motivated, customer-focused workforce. At NRI Australia & New Zealand, we partner with our clients to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions, from business strategy and consulting to infrastructure and managed IT services. Backed by a global presence, we operate with local decision-making authority, ensuring that our technology solutions are innovative, effective, and aligned with business outcomes.
We're looking for an EUC Technical Lead to be the go-to person for all things end-user computing (EUC) at our customer site in Brisbane CBD.
This is a hands-on role where you'll own the design, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365, Intune, and VMware AirWatch environments, while setting standards and guiding two EUC Engineers working alongside you.
You won't be managing people directly — instead, you'll be leading by expertise: providing technical direction, being the escalation point, and ensuring consistent, high-quality EUC services for the customer.
You'll also join a 3-person (paid) on-call roster (1 week in 3) to provide out-of-hours support.
What you'll do
- Act as the technical lead for EUC platforms (M365, Intune, VMware AirWatch).
- Provide hands-on support, configuration, and troubleshooting for end-user environments.
- Be the escalation point for complex incidents and requests.
- Guide and mentor EUC Engineers on best practice and technical standards.
- Contribute to solution design, platform improvements, and optimisation.
- Participate in a rotating on-call roster (1 in 3 weeks).
- Ensure a consistent, reliable, and secure EUC experience for the customer.
What we're looking for
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 and Intune (advanced level).
- Strong experience with VMware AirWatch (Workspace ONE).
- Prior experience leading or being the escalation point in an EUC team.
- A hands-on engineer who enjoys problem-solving and setting standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work onsite with the customer.
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call roster.
**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
In exchange for your exceptional technical skills, customer focused performance & out of the box thinking you'll be rewarded with a career changing experience only consulting can provide.**
- Diverse and challenging project work
- Flexible public holiday benefits and option to purchase up to 2 additional weeks leave per year
- Training and development opportunities
- Salary sacrifice, motor and novated leases
- Committed health & wellbeing plan including Employee Assistance Program
- 12 weeks paid parental leave, increasing to 20 weeks for 5+ years service
- Corporate partnerships
