We're seeking an
Desktop / EUC Lead
to provide advanced technical support and platform expertise for a key customer site in Brisbane CBD.
You'll be the
go-to person for Microsoft 365, Intune, and VMware AirWatch
, acting as the escalation point for two EUC Engineers on site. This is a
hands-on role
focused on delivering high-quality end-user computing services, not a people management position.
You'll also participate in a rotating on-call roster (1 week in 3).
What you'll do
- Provide advanced support and configuration for M365, Intune, and AirWatch.
- Act as technical escalation point for complex EUC issues.
- Work onsite with the customer to deliver a consistent and secure EUC environment.
- Assist in solution design and improvements to the EUC platform.
- Participate in a 1-in-3 on-call roster.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune.
- Knowledge of VMware AirWatch / Workspace ONE.
- Previous exposure to escalation or SME responsibilities in an EUC team.
- Hands-on engineer who enjoys solving problems and improving platforms.
- Able to work onsite in Brisbane CBD and participate in the on-call roster.
