Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel, taking messages, and addressing general technical inquiries.
  • Making Service Bookings/Allocating Loan Vehicles and organising Customer Transport/Special Requests.
  • Provide a warm welcome to our valued customers.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks.
  • Support various administrative functions as needed.
  • Be willing to learn new software with a view to grow and move up in our company

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Car dealership experience highly regarded. Pentana ERA experience even better
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and computer proficiency.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and effective time management skills.

This is a full-time position.
