The Opportunity:

As our Receptionist, you will be based at the front desk and be the first point of contact for our guests and team members, ensuring everyone is greeted with a warm and professional welcome. You will also play a key role in managing office logistics, providing administrative support across the business, supporting systems for our People & Culture (P&C) Team, and acting as a cultural ambassador for Vikas Road Carriers Ltd.

This is a part-time role (30 hours per week), Monday-Friday across core business hours.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Exceptional customer service to visitors and team members
  • Managing inbound phone calls and shared inboxes
  • Booking meetings and managing meeting room calendars
  • General office logistics such as mail, stationary orders, and other tasks as required
  • Coordination of office events
  • Act as a cultural ambassador and provide support in driving engagement initiatives
  • Administrative support to our P&C team which may include general systems support, conducting visa checks and coordination of the Employee Service Recognition Program
  • General ad-hoc overflow admin support for office across all departments

About You:

  • A self-motivated team player, you are proactive and outgoing. You will also present with:
  • Intermediate knowledge across Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional, friendly and warm telephone manner with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with high attention to detail
  • Interest in health and fitness
