We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Digital Performance Lead (8-12 months Maternity Leave Cover).

We are looking for a talented, data-driven and creative E-Commerce & Digital Performance Lead to join our team while our current lead takes parental leave.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity and performance, overseeing the end-to-end digital experience across our global online stores for both our MINKPINK and Staple The Label brands while driving revenue growth and innovation in how we connect with customers.

You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and our passionate cross-functional team, leading key initiatives including:

  • E-commerce strategy, trade planning and forecasting
  • Shopify management, site optimisation and UX / UI improvements
  • SEO and managing our external SEM and paid social expert (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Conversion rate optimisation, merchandising (Searchspring experience preferred) and on-site campaigns
  • AI-driven retention, loyalty and personalisation strategies
  • Klaviyo flows, CRM and EDM strategy and execution
  • Loyalty management using GroWave
  • Performance reporting and actionable insights
  • Returns and fulfilment integrations

We are looking for someone with 5+ years experience in e-commerce leadership (fashion experience), a love of data and digital, and the ability to blend creative vision with commercial focus.
