The Project

This is a major industrial development in Rydalmere, featuring advanced facilities and large-scale infrastructure. It's an exciting opportunity to contribute to a project that will shape the future of the region.

Your Role

As a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator, you'll work closely with an experienced Commercial leadership team to manage end-to-end contract administration, including:

  • Subcontractor package preparation, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules
  • Progress claims and variations
  • Head and sub-contract management
  • Cost and project reporting via CHEOPS and Aconex (training provided)
  • Risk and opportunity management aligned with head contract requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in contract/commercial management on medium to large built-form projects
  • Industry-relevant degree qualification
  • Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes, and regulations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive outcomes autonomously
  • Process and system appreciation
