Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Administrator based in Sydney, NSW. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering contracts, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. Daily tasks include reviewing and preparing contract documents, supporting procurement activities, analyzing contract performance, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Proficiency in procurement processes and procurement management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills paired with effective Communication abilities
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Relevant experience in contract administration or a related field
  • Familiarity with construction and project management practices is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Contract Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
