Contracts Administrator – Major Infrastructure (NSW)

Up to $170,000 + super + 5% bonus + all expenses covered (accommodation, travel, etc.)

Regional NSW | Long-term role | Even time roster (1 week on site, 1 week working from home)

We're seeking a
Contracts Administrator
to support the commercial delivery of a nationally significant infrastructure project. You'll assist with managing subcontractor packages and provide vital support across procurement, contract management, and project delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Administer subcontractor and supplier contracts, including progress claims, variations, and payments
  • Support the negotiation and preparation of subcontract documentation
  • Monitor contract performance, compliance, and deliverables
  • Assist in managing project financials, reporting, and cash flow forecasts
  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve commercial and contractual issues
  • Contribute to tender reviews and procurement processes

Your profile:

  • 3–8 years' experience in contracts administration or commercial support on major construction, infrastructure, or energy projects
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles and project financials
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
