We're looking for a Junior Designer to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Senior Designers across both Menswear and Womenswear. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment but also enjoys bringing structure and organisation to the design process.

You'll be involved in everything from concept development and trend research to managing samples, fabrics, and timelines. Your eye for detail and ability to keep projects on track will help bring seasonal collections to life - ensuring quality, accuracy, and creativity are delivered on time.

What you'll be doing
  • Assisting Senior Designers with research, concept development, and presentation preparation.
  • Managing tech packs, samples, fittings, and design documentation.
  • Coordinating fabrics, trims, and swatches to support seasonal collections.
  • Tracking timelines and ensuring key design milestones are met.
  • Collaborating with merchandising, production, and marketing to bring ideas through to execution.
What you'll bring
  • A genuine interest in both Menswear and Womenswear, with knowledge of trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A sharp eye for detail and consistency in documentation and presentations.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proactivity, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced creative setting.
  • Previous experience in fashion design, product development, or production support is a plus (but not essential).
