Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Residential Property Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of both commercial and residential properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring all aspects of property management are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties

  • Prepare monthly reporting and assist with budgeting and forecasting

  • Conduct outgoing reconciliations and ensure all financial obligations are met

  • Handle lease administration, rent reviews, and renewals

  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to maintain asset performance

  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital works

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Sound financial acumen with the ability to undertake outgoing reconciliations

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Proven experience in property management (commercial and residential)

  • Proficiency Microsoft excel, property management software and adaptable in learning new systems.
