Assistant Residential Property Manager

Banksia Property Agency provides residential property management services to astute landlords. We manage hundreds of properties throughout Metropolitan Melbourne, and are committed to developing great relationships with our clients, vendors, suppliers, and tenants.

This position is full-time, based out of our offices in Williams Landing.

Key Highlights of This Position:

  • Work within an established agency with ongoing training and support

  • Work directly alongside the business owners/leaders
  • Monday to Friday, with Saturday inspections required from time-to-time

Key Activities You'll Be Involved In:

  • Assisting Landlords and Renters with their day-to-day enquiries
  • Qualifying and coordinating repairs with suppliers
  • Preparing lease renewals and rent reviews
  • Learning from experienced property managers
  • Attending/hosting Open for Inspections
  • Leasing properties in conjunction with a property manager

What We're Looking For:

  • A current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice(please do not apply if you do not have this qualification)
  • A reliable car and valid driver's licence
  • Great communication skills and attitude
  • Proficiency in English
