Assistant Property Manager – Property Central Penrith

Property Central Penrith is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to work alongside our Senior Property Manager, assisting in all aspects of property management.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our property management team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Coordinating and managing property maintenance

Conducting ingoing and routine inspections

Assisting with administrative tasks related to property management

Liaising with tenants and contractors

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in real estate property management
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • A valid NSW Driver's License
  • Familiarity with PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, and Inspection Express is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
