Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Property Manager, located in Parramatta, NSW. The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing lease administration, negotiating lease terms, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring the profitability and efficient management of commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include property inspections, arrears management, maintenance coordination, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Lease Administration and Lease Negotiations
  • In-depth understanding of Property Management and Leases
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties and tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, real estate licence, or Business Administration
  • Previous experience in commercial property management is highly preferred
  • Proficient in property management software released and inspection manager
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
