We are now seeking a Maintenance Coordinator (Part Time, 3 days per week) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with construction or maintenance experience who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment, but who is also looking for work-life balance and flexibility.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the post-handover and 12-month defects liability period of our homes. Reporting to the Director, you'll be the first point of contact for clients post-handover, ensuring maintenance requests are handled smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Maintenance inbox and scheduling 12-month inspections.
  • Liaising with clients, trades, and suppliers to allocate and coordinate tasks.
  • Processing service requests, purchase orders, and inspection reports.
  • Managing calendars, follow-up calls, and customer communications.
  • Chasing outstanding works and ensuring client satisfaction upon completion.

About You

We're looking for a motivated and proactive team player who can balance administration, client communication, and workflow management with ease. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential construction (ideally in a maintenance coordination role).
  • Strong admin skills including scheduling and workflow management.
  • Previous customer service experience, with excellent communication and empathy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and construction processes (preferred, not essential).
  • A positive outlook, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
