Garden Maintenance - Team Leader | Assistant | Various roles

We're expanding

Small family owned business looking for numerous experienced and reliable Garden Maintenance Team Members to join our growing team in and around Northern Brisbane.

These roles are perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has the leadership skills to guide and motivate others.

Team leader position: As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily activities, mentoring staff, and ensuring high standards of garden maintenance across a variety of sites.

Garden Maintenance Assistant: Assist and execute all tasks as delegated by the team leader.

What you'll do:
  • Carry out hands-on gardening tasks including mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, planting, fertilising and weeding
  • Coordinate team activities to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Conduct regular site inspections and implement improvement
  • Oversee tool and equipment maintenance, arranging repairs as required
  • Communicate with clients, addressing needs and providing updates
  • Complete daily reporting on tasks and site conditions

  • A strong work ethic, reliability and pride in your work.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff and clients
  • Current and valid manual driver's licence (essential)
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
  • Industry experience and/or qualifications in horticulture (highly regarded)
