Sales Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for ongoing performance, growth, and compliance of the Bullivants business across Victoria and Tasmania. You will support the BDMs to enhance competitive advantage and analyse reporting to leverage sale and inventory opportunities. As a senior leader within the Melbourne branch, you will also have oversight of the team onsite to support with a compelling customer offering.
About the role:
- Contribute to the formulation of relevant branch and territory budgets
- Ensure alignment to the sales strategy to maximise growth opportunities
- Lead, coach, and develop BDM and Customer Service Team
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies in conjunction with the National Field Sales Manager
- Support with the development and maintenance of relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction
- Act as the People Leader on site and support with recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling activities
- Foster a culture of safety and ensure a n ongoing commitment to health, safety and environment
About you:
- Previous experience in a senior role within a Sales environment
- Demonstrable experience in leading and developing a team
- High level commercial acumen to support with solution development
- Experience with developing and managing budgets and forecasts
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to bring people on a journey
- A customer focused approach and a proactive mindset
