MicroWay, a well-established software distribution company specialising in industry-leading E-Learning products (Articulate and Vyond), is expanding its sales team. We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills who are self-motivated and eager to learn about sales and software.
About the Role:
- Leads: You will work with qualified sales leads, avoiding cold calling. Your role involves contacting these leads via phone and email to provide subscription pricing, technical information, and to secure sales.
- Training: You'll be part of a supportive team of experienced sales professionals who will train you, making this position suitable for those new to sales but with relevant technical skills.
Duties:
Learning technical details about multiple software products, including features and licensing
- Making sales calls, qualifying leads, and preparing quotations
- Responding to common sales objections / overcoming hurdles to purchase
- Demonstrate software to customers via web meeting, highlight key features/benefits per-client
- Providing first-level technical support to customers
- Closing and processing orders
- Managing sales tasks and information using CRM and other systems
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (phone and email) - and keen to talk with customers
- Advanced Computer Proficiency - including strong keyboard/typing/multitasking skills
- Experience in authoring eLearning courses and/or LMS is advantageous
- Ability to demonstrate a software solution to customers via web meeting.
- Must be enthusiastic, motivated, friendly and a Team Player
- Must have unlimited Australian work rights
Salary:
- $80,000 - $120,000 per annum (plus Superannuation).
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:45 am - 5:30 pm
Work From Home: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
- Office Days: Wednesday and Thursday at BRAESIDE Office
