We are looking for a motivated and reliable administration professional to join our Client and Administration Services team on a full-time basis.
- Support the delivery and handover of completed projects
- Collation of supporting documents, compliance paperwork, along with various other correspondence to clients
- Preparation of contracts, selections and other documents associated with residential construction
- Contribute to the efficient running of the Administration Team
Skills and experience
- At least 2 years' experience in an office admin role preferred
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner
- Capable of solving day-to-day problems effectively and autonomously
- Ability to plan, organise and execute
- Confident in using various technologies to contribute to an efficient workplace
