We are looking for a motivated and reliable administration professional to join our Client and Administration Services team on a full-time basis.

  • Support the delivery and handover of completed projects
  • Collation of supporting documents, compliance paperwork, along with various other correspondence to clients
  • Preparation of contracts, selections and other documents associated with residential construction
  • Contribute to the efficient running of the Administration Team

Skills and experience

  • At least 2 years' experience in an office admin role preferred
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner
  • Capable of solving day-to-day problems effectively and autonomously
  • Ability to plan, organise and execute
  • Confident in using various technologies to contribute to an efficient workplace
