Duties:

Provide 1:1 support to people with disabilities.

Support personal hygiene needs including showering, grooming, toileting and dressing with respect and sensitivity.

Facilitate community engagement and participation in meaningful recreational activities.

Helping with domestic duties like cleaning, meal preparation and laundry.

Supporting Participants in their homes and out in the community.

Providing high intensity care for Participants with complex needs.

Transporting Participants to appointments or social activities.

Accurately record incidents, progress notes, and shift documentation.

Reliable, flexible, and tech-savvy.

Flexible to work flexible hours across a 24-hour period, including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements:

  • Current WA drivers license, a reliable car with registration and insurance
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within last six months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Located within 20km of Rockingham/Mandurah
