Boutique Disability Services is seeking compassionate, experienced Support Workers to join our existing team providing in-home and community support to our clients living within the Cockburn area with experience in supporting clients with mild to moderate behaviours.

We're looking for reliable, patient, and proactive team members who are confident in helping our client feel safe, comfortable, and respected.

  • Location: Cockburn & Surrounding Areas, WA
  • Shifts: Weekdays, & occasional Weekends,Evenings
  • Client: Male clients seeking support at home and in the community.
  • Hours: 10 per week with the potential to increase for the right applicant.

About the Role

As a Boutique Disability Support Worker, you won't just 'do a job' — you'll make a real difference. You'll be trusted to work one-on-one with clients, providing tailored supports such as:

· Providing companionship, reassurance, and emotional support

· Confidently and calmly responding to mld t moderate behaviours associated with Intellectual Disability.

· Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment during support hours.

About You

To be successful, you must have:

  • Experience working with people with disability and managing associated behaviours (essential)
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic nature
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear, respectful communication with clients.
  • Confidence in de-escalating situations using a person-centred approach
  • Availability for weekday shifts as well as weekends, evenings, and overnights
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport
