We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers to join our friendly team in Coffs Harbour. If you are motivated, caring, and ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.


About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll provide personalised assistance to NDIS participants to help them achieve their goals, live independently, and engage in the community. You will work across a variety of settings – in-home, employment, and community access – ensuring every client receives safe, respectful, and empowering support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Helping participants explore their interests and hobbies through range of programs and recreational activities.
  • Transporting participants to events and appointments.
  • Admin duties such as completing progress notes, charts and incident reports.
  • Providing personal care including toileting, showering, dressing and feeding as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

  • Current Working With Children Check (for Paid Work) & Police Check/Criminal Record Check OR NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Current Driver's Licence, registered vehicle, and comprehensive insurance.
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
  • 100 points of ID.

Desirable:

  • Certificate III (or above) in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
