Are you a compassionate and reliable support worker looking to make a real difference in people's lives?
Pinnacle Support Services is expanding our team and seeking qualified, experienced, and person-centred support workers to provide high-quality care to our NDIS participants.
About the Role
You will provide one-on-one and community-based support to individuals living with disability. Duties include:
- Assisting with manual handling and personal care
- Providing community access and transport to appointments, social outings, and activities
- Supporting clients to achieve their goals and independence
- Completing progress notes and maintaining professional communication with the team
What We're Looking For
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (WA)
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Manual Handling Training (current or willing to obtain)
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- A caring, respectful, and professional attitude

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $40.00 – $50.58 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 30 per week
Experience:
- Support work: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driver Licence (Required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (Required)
Location:
- Mandurah WA 6210 (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (Preferred)
