About the role

At Holiday XP, we're seeking a motivated Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex travel bookings and crafting personalized itineraries for a diverse client base. You'll work closely with a Senior Travel Consultant, playing a key role in ensuring a seamless travel experience for every client.

You'll handle everything from client inquiries to booking arrangements, ensuring that every detail is taken care of with professionalism and care.

What you'll be doing:

1.Provide professional travel consultation services and create personalized travel solutions to meet client needs.

2.Plan and manage complex itineraries, including flight, hotel, car rental, and ground transportation bookings.

3.Inform clients about travel dates, baggage restrictions, medical, and visa requirements.

4.Handle itinerary changes or cancellations and offer appropriate solutions.

5.Manage and update client travel records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

6.Assist clients with travel clearances and related procedures to ensure smooth travel.

7.Collect client payments and issue travel itineraries, tickets, and accommodation vouchers.

8.Provide information on travel insurance, government regulations, customs, credit card usage, and traveler's checks.

9.Offer travel advice and ensure all travel arrangements align with client expectations.

10.Maintain strong communication with travel partners and continually follow up on client needs to ensure satisfaction.
