Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support field and office teams to deliver quality outcomes and strong client satisfaction
  • Oversee scheduling, job planning, resource coordination and operational efficiency
  • Drive safety, compliance & operational best practice standards across all activities
  • Monitor performance, implement improvements and manage reporting and budgeting
  • Identify growth opportunities and support business development initiatives

Required Qualification
s

  • A strong background in managing trade-based or field service teams (electrical industry experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • The ability to manage both field and office staff effectively
  • A focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in overseeing operational activities within the electrical metering industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and drive process improvements
  • Proficient in budget management and resource allocation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Certification in Project Management
  • Experience with business development and growth strategies
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
