About The Role
- Manage the relationship with Allianz Services and the Credit teams, oversee cost centre management, and play a key role in ensuring the Credit team's processes align with Allianz Australia's strategic objectives.
- Ensure Credit Teams achieve collection KPIs and foster nurturing communication with both internal and external partners.
- Support the development and implementation of plans that enhance staff engagement, prioritize customer care, and maintain prudent control over operational expenses.
- Facilitate the reconciliation of intermediary accounts, ensuring debt collection aligns with the desired service levels within the Credit Governance guideline policy.
- Identify and manage opportunities for business improvement, continually refine the Credit Operations structure while overseeing management expenses to ensure effective cost control and wise investment.
About You
- Holds tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, showcasing dedication and expertise, and brings significant experience in insurance, underwriting, or credit operations within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Possesses extensive leadership experience in operational credit roles, adept at guiding and inspiring teams in complex environments, highlighting the ability to lead with empathy and vision.
- Focuses on empowering individuals and teams to reach their highest potential, nurturing talent development and building pipelines for organizational growth.
- Showcases keen analytical and critical thinking abilities, adept at interpreting complex data to facilitate informed choices, while embracing a thoughtful and collaborative approach.
- Displays excellent communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple priorities effectively, ensuring clarity and cohesion in work.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
