About the business
Independent Locksmiths & Security is a family-owned business that has been operating for over 50 years. We specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of professional security systems, including Locks and Restricted Master Keying, Safes, Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Monitoring.
Based in North Parramatta, we employ 60 staff, including 20 on-road Technicians, and deliver high-quality security solutions to major commercial clients nationwide.
About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Administrator to join our busy Service Team. The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with clients, suppliers and technicians and will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our service department.
You'll be responsible for answering phone enquiries, entering service jobs into our simPRO job management system, and ensuring paperwork is accurately scanned and uploaded into our internal systems.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and assist with customer enquiries

Accurately enter service jobs into simPRO

Scan and upload relevant paperwork and job documentation

Liaise with Technicians to ensure accurate job records

Provide general administrative support to the Service Team
Skills and Experience

Strong data entry accuracy and administrative skills

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace

Experience using simPRO is an advantage (training will be provided).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good attention to detail and organisation skills
